200g paneer cut into cubes.
2 green capsicums cut into squares
2 onions, chopped in 1-inch long thin slices
Freshly crushed black pepper
salt to taste
1. Heat oil in a non stick pan and saute paneer cubes, capsicums and onions on medium flame.
2. Saute till all the above ingredients start browning,
3. Add salt and pepper and chaat masala
4. Serve hot with green pudina chutney and sauce.
5. It is a great appetizer and a delicious snack.
